搶錢不成借錢不著　搶銀行匪投案

【林金聖／台北報導】前天27日到北市內湖彰化銀行持槍搶劫的李名翔，自知法網難逃，清晨在女友的勸說下前往派出所投案，李嫌向警方供稱，是因為欠下巨額賭債，才會起意持槍搶劫銀行，至於做案槍枝是朋友寄放的，因卡彈又沒搶到錢，就把槍枝丟到泰山泰林路旁的大排水溝內滅證。

李姓嫌犯在犯下銀行搶案後，返回新莊與女友同租的套房內藏匿，隔天清晨6時許搭計程車出門前往瑞芳向親友借錢又借不到，於是在瑞芳1間汽車旅館住了1晚，隔天回到新莊後看見已遭警方鎖定身分，走投無路下，於是清晨3點左右在女友勸說陪同下至新莊福營派出所投案，警方偵訊後依強盜罪、違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例將李嫌移送法辦。
