【戴之聖／基隆報導】謝姓男子昨日下午帶著1對兒女前往前妻家燒炭，3人被發現時已經無生命跡象，基隆地檢署檢察官與警方今天上午10時許前往醫院做初步相驗，死者家屬不發一語進入醫院，王姓前妻則激動的控訴，都是保險惹的禍，是男方家屬逼死謝男，王姓前妻將不排除向男方家屬提告。
