預算不解決 美國政府恐關門

美國會計年度將於9月30日結束，但預算尚未通過，國會參眾院意見仍嚴重分歧，尤其是針對歐巴馬的健保法案爭執不下。白宮23日警告，距離新會計年度剩一周，再沒有妥協方案，許多政府機構10月1日就會關門，危及美國經濟。
