（中央社記者張建中新竹24日電）晶圓代工廠聯電傳出28奈米製程良率已突破7成，獲聯發科擴大下單。聯電對此不評論，表示28奈米進展如預期，今年底將貢獻1%至3%業績。

聯電近日在28奈米製程良率提升獲重大突破利多激勵下，股價表現強勁，今天盤中一度達新台幣13.35元，上漲0.75元，漲幅達5.95%，並創1個多月來新高價。

聯電表示，不評論市場傳言，28奈米製程進展符合預期。

聯電執行長顏博文於8月法人說明會中即曾預期，今年底28奈米製程將貢獻1%至3%業績；40奈米以下先進製程比重第3季可望逼近2成水準。1020924
