台積電9日公布9月合併營收約553.82億元，較8月增加0.5%，再創歷史新高，較去年同期增加27.6%；累計2013年1至9月營收4512.18億元，較去年同期增加20.2%；第3季合併營收達標。
台積電原預估第3季合併營收介於1610-1640億元，統計第3季合併營收1625.77億元，表現符合原先的預期。
台積電9月合併營收再創歷史新高，主受惠於28奈米製程技術需求強勁，持續推升營收成長，第3季合併營收1625.77億元，較第2季成長季4.29%，也創單季合併營收歷史新高。
台積電第3季營運表現亮眼，但第4季受市場庫存去化的影響，法人認為第4季業績恐將較第3季下滑。
