Nokia在周二(11月19日)於芬蘭首都－赫爾辛基召開股東大會，預計大多數Nokia股東將同意把Nokia的手機部門出售給美國微軟公司(Mircosoft)。不過仍有少數股東，視此舉為出賣芬蘭的國家資產，而感到憤怒。

事先登記出席這次大會的股東－總共持有45%的股樣，有99%都贊成這一宗交易案。只待明年首季得到芬蘭官方的批准，此此易案就算正式完成。

Nokia是在今年9月，同意以54.4億歐元的價額，出售其行動手機部門的設備及服務，並將其技術專利授權給微軟。Nokia曾努力重振其曾經引領市場的手機業務，無奈因太晚投入智慧型手機的開發，最後功敗垂成，決定忍痛將曾讓芬蘭全國引以為傲的Nokia手機事業，出售給美國人。
