放任男童跨坐打女嬰　錄影保母認錯道歉

【曾佳俊／新北報導】新北市中和區一名梁姓保母，為兩年前了證明給家長看「他的小孩會打人」，竟放任11個月大的男童壓坐在5個月大的女童身上，一邊還揮拳打臉，他放任暴力行為發生，竟還隨手用手機側錄整個過程，男童家長日前將影片寄往社會局檢舉，希望可以將這名保母剔除在社區保母名單之外。

社會局今年九月前往梁姓保母中和住處稽查，並未發現任何超收、兒虐的情況。保母解釋，影片是兩年多前所拍，自認行為失當並道歉，社會局人員除當場糾正外也要求限期改善，並在保母系統內註記為加強訪視對象。社會局表示，該保母應制止而未制止暴力發生的行為，非常不恰當，但看不出明顯兒虐事實或其大重大違規，無法依《兒權法》開罰，或踢出保母系統。
