「長官沒空簽核」　農糧署包庇劣米

【方翊倩／綜合報導】農糧署抽檢包裝米，十月已開罰米商，卻隱匿一個多月、至前晚才公布違規名單。農糧署昨竟宣稱早就想公布，但因「長官很忙」沒簽核。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，針對外界批評隱匿違規名單、包庇業者，農糧署副署長陳建斌昨聲稱，延遲公布是因裁量作業要點在九月十八日新修正，抽驗結果還向法務部請教適用新或舊法。他更自爆，本來上周就要公布結果，但因「長官很忙」沒簽核。

監委程仁宏批農糧署輕忽消費者權益，已立案調查，今會調閱資料，看公文卡在哪個長官。消基會也批，應追究相關人員責任，「很忙的長官」更應下台。
