勞資會議辦法修正　工會限期選勞方代表

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】勞委會近期將修正「勞資會議實施辦法」，強化工會責任，未來勞資會議的勞方代表任期屆滿前90日，企業應通知工會辦理勞方代表選舉，若工會接獲通知30日內沒完成選舉者，便改由事業單位自行辦理。

勞委會解釋，此規定是因避免有工會未即時完成勞方代表選舉，影響企業內勞工參與機制運作；若事業單位無工會者，可由事業單位自行辦理，並由全體員工選出勞方代表。

另外，勞資會議的議事範圍也有較明確定義，未來包括公司員工人數、異動情形、離職率，事業生產計畫、業務概況、市場狀況等，以及員工活動、福利項目、工作環境改善、工作規則訂定等都可列為勞資會議討論範圍。

勞委會說，過去這些項目本來就可討論，此次訂入辦法中，是讓勞資雙方有依循方向。辦法近期將與經濟部會銜後發布。
