徒刑代表是說關出來會有案底?

---不一定有些會有些不會

要看判決狀況

若本案刑法221.222成立就一定會

我開庭是在少年法院所以是說是用少年事件處理法，還是...?

---理論上若板大未滿18歲會先由少年法庭審理

若案件成立且版大紀錄太多

當然有可能被移送一般偵查審理程序處理

但在案件未調查完之前還是屬於少年法庭
