社會住宅再遭批　新北市府大動作反駁

【李定宇／新北報導】段宜康立委今上午質疑「新北市社會住宅提供給弱勢住戶少，有圖利建商嫌疑」，新北市城鄉局下午大動作發出六點聲明表示，1、本案在市府財源短缺情況下以BOT推動公共建設是先進國家普遍採用最具效益及效率的作法。2、中央政府補助購地款12億5千萬元後，由地方政府再繳回財政部，中央政府並無實質財政支出。3、新北市採用部分使用權住宅、部分出租住宅，及一般出租、弱勢出租方式，可充分達成混居及去標籤化的目標。4、引進民間投資開發及管理，提升住屋建設及管理品質，將可讓社會住宅與鄰近社區和諧共處、共創雙贏。5、以BOT方式興建青年社會住宅，節省下來的投資興建支出及未來營運管理成本約73億元。6、新北市府推動中央政府社會住宅，希望各界不要再以不實數據與誇大說詞來曲解。
