　【詹智淵／彰化報導】彰化檢方偵辦日月明功疑似虐死高中生案，共傳喚四名傷害致死被告陳巧明、許愛珍、劉享易、林甫朋到案及四名犯罪嫌疑人林曉年、蘇泰霖、蔡淑芳及詹素珠，連夜，共八人到地檢署複訊。

其中林甫朋涉犯傷害致死，檢方複訊後被聲請羈押，而詹素珠、蔡淑芳，初訊後被列為轉列為傷害致死案被告，由檢察官複訊。
