中國信託投信債券基金科協理李坤致指出，美國聯邦公開市場委員會（FOMC）會議結果預計在19日（台北時間）凌晨揭曉，目前市場預期美國宣布量化寬鬆（QE）退場的機率各一半，但他認為，應不致在本次會議宣布退場。

李坤致認為，QE退場時間可能落在本月、明年1月及明年3月，雖然市場已有預期，但一旦美國宣布QE縮減購債規模，市場勢必會有所反應，由於美國目前已開始進入聖誕節長假期間，美國聯準會如選在此時宣布退場，金融市場波動大增，將造成投資人措手不及，由此推測聯準會不致選在此時宣布QE退場，讓美國及全球市場震盪。
