WP的 儲存空間 "其他" 的會莫名增量

最近購入1020有些狀況想麻煩版上大大們協助
在使用的時候發生過儲存空間的"其他"自動增量
尤其是沒有甚麼瀏覽網路IE
,且暫存都清過(暫存都只清的掉十幾MB)
發現僅是APP的使用也會在"其他"的部分不斷增加使用量
進入儲存空間檢查發現"媒體與檔案"使用量不斷默默地增加

現在有處理過的方式是重新設定手機
也暫時先不使用照相錄影
但是僅是下載APP就不斷增加
目前最高有佔掉約3GB的空間了@@~

發揮實驗的精神 重設手機後啥都不用
只下載要用的APP還是依樣在"其他"及儲存空間的"媒體與檔案"不斷增加

有一次還導致使用空間全部都用完無法使用
試過清理暫存 但是似乎清不到APP的使用部分
是否有地方做錯了呢? 應該如何使用才不會這樣呢?
市集似乎也沒有類似的清理APP
希望有使用經驗的大大們幫忙了 感謝
