鑽頭穿過工件時,有時會殘留一些切屑在鑽頭上,造成鑽頭尺寸變大而卡住工件,所以工件會被帶起,另外有一個狀況是鑽頭因利度不足,加工時鑽刃被擠壓內縮,當刀具穿過工件就會再度展開,這時就會卡住工件,這種情況在絞刀上看到會比較明顯
