強化奪島能力　日打造出雲號為前線司令部

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】時事通信社報導，日本防衛省為了強化南西諸島的離島防衛力，將增強出雲號護衛艦的配備與戰力，使其作為「前線司令部」，強化陸海空自衛隊的統合運用力，並作為離島奪還作戰的指揮艦。
 
去年12月制度的新防衛大綱，設置了以被外敵佔據的離島奪還作為主要任務的兩棲部隊（水陸機動團），時事通訊社認為，出雲號的改裝就是要充當這支兩棲部隊的指揮艦。
 
排水量19500噸、全長248公尺的出雲號，除了是日本自衛隊最大的一艘護衛艦，更被外界認定是一艘直升機航母，目前仍處於設備與武器的安裝階段，預計今年可以正式服役。
