【李光濱／花蓮報導】花蓮市公所花費50萬元經費，在國福社區打造占地3公頃花海，並在上午舉行「繁花饗艷」環保減碳活動，會中還有原住民甜心在舞台上載歌載舞，吸引上百位民眾前往「賞花看美女！」花蓮市長田智宣表示，國福社區這片荒蕪空地經市公所人員打理後，共栽種了17種花卉，包括薰衣草、聖誕紅、百日草等，提供民眾在春節期間到市郊賞花空間，未來將擴大至13公頃面積。
