中國央視昨報導廣東東莞色情行業猖獗後，廣東省公安廳隨即在下午動員6500多警力，對全市的300多個桑拿、沐足以及KTV展開掃黃行為。據中新網報導，行動最後查封12家色情場所，拘捕67人。但有網友質疑，有關行動只是「賊過興兵」，雷聲大雨點小。

中國新聞網站今天均大肆報導東莞掃黃的消息，並刊載不少警員當場捉住嫖客與妓女進行性交易的相片，當中部份人更衣衫不整，十分狼狽。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）
