（軍聞社記者陳映竹臺北2日電）國防大學戰爭學院戰略研究所公佈103年班招生計畫，戰略與國際事務碩士班今年將首次以推薦入學方式，招收七職等以上文官；另原本招收的軍費生也首次結合軍事深造教育考試，同步修習軍事戰略與碩士課程，獲得戰略學資與碩士學歷。

　國防大學表示，該校戰略與國際事務碩士班是唯一由軍事院校所設立的戰略研究所班次，包含軍事組織與民間社會觀點的碩士課程，是國防文官、外交人員、全民國防教育師資、高階軍、文領導人才的最佳進修管道。

　國防大學指出，此次戰略與國際事務碩士班特別開放5個名額，提供與國家安全及戰略相關的中央與地方機關，由單位推薦七職等以上優秀文官，經書面審查及口試錄取後，與其他軍費生一同修習碩士課程，建立軍、文官交流平台。
