色姑丈性侵姪女66次　噁把洗面乳當潤滑液

一名50多歲的男子，10年前在家中廁所的馬桶上，奪走當時年僅6歲姪女的第一次，之後見她年幼可欺，把姪女當作性奴，每次性侵前竟還將洗面乳當成潤滑劑，甚至還拿按摩棒輔助，行徑十分變態。姪女直到國中之後，才了解姑丈從小對她的所作所為是性侵，因此說出長年遭姑丈「欺負」，姑丈日前被判處18年徒刑。

檢警調查發現，被害少女從小父母離異，她與父親同住但感情不佳，常會在假日到姑姑家中玩耍還過夜。不料姑丈卻化身成大色狼，藉由取得被害人信任後，04年9月起，當時被害人年僅6歲就讀小一，就趁她洗澡時對她伸出狼爪得逞。

被害人升上國中之後，在學校上健康教育課時，才知曉姑丈的行為是性侵，便開始學習柔道想保護自己。根據《蘋果日報》報導，儘管被害人學柔道防身，但仍躲不了姑丈的魔爪，她也曾因此多次割腕尋短；姑姑則發現姑丈有外遇，將他趕出家門，但姑丈仍稱要祭拜祖先，每天會回到家中乘機對被害人猥褻。

直到101年10月，被害人情緒崩潰，才泣訴自己遭到姑丈性侵長達8年，事後報警提告。但姑丈否認性侵，還辯稱自己不舉，但經送醫鑑定後，僅判斷出他男性荷爾蒙不足但並非不舉；檢方認定他對被害人性侵55次、猥褻11次，求刑14年9月，但法官認為太輕，判他18年徒刑，全案可上訴。
