中國公布新國九條 A股有望降稅

大陸國務院今日公布了《國務院關於進一步促進資本市場健康發展的若干意見》，俗稱新國九條，市場解讀，此舉維護了長久被忽視的散戶權益，另外，未來A股有望降稅。

新規中的「第九條營造資本市場良好發展環境」表示，將完善資本市場稅收政策。按照宏觀調控政策和稅制改革的總體方向，統籌研究有利於進一步促進資本市場健康發展的稅收政策。

專家指出，新規提及完善資本市場稅收政策，被解讀為資本市場可能降稅。

另外，由於滬港通再過幾個月就上路，但A股所收取的交易稅金高過香港，未來若降稅，將大大提高A股競爭力。
