各位好, 今天早上上班時, 綠燈右轉到一半與直行的機車發生擦撞, 騎士手臂有些微瘀青, 我的右後照鏡撞壞車門可能需要板金和烤漆, 警察來做完勘驗筆錄後,就各自回去了, 我朋友說我應該要當下和解, 不然保險公司找他處理維修費分攤的時候,他會不爽告我過失傷害可是當下和解的話,保險公司會不會不買帳我是1個月的新車所以是保甲式全險, 現在是要自己去處理和解的問題,還是要交給保險公司負責呢? 那個機車騎士好像沒有想要告我也沒有去驗傷 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.169.61.14 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1405491443.A.0F8.html
