解讀黑盒子　機長墜機前最後的4個字

行政院飛安會召開復興航空空難事故調查小組組織會議，據悉，解讀黑盒子訊息，正駕駛李義良(60歲)在墜機前與塔台最後對話是「不行！不行！」

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，飛安會執行長王興中表示，2具黑盒子已完成解讀，後續須抄件及確認180個參數，約1個多月後才能對外說明。知情人士指出，依照黑盒子資訊初步解讀，發現疑似多種原因影響駕駛員判斷，包括天氣驟變，或因航路太熟導致機師過度自信，也可能為反應不及。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
