NASA公布新版火星探測車　可製造氧氣

NASA公佈下一代將前往火星執行任務的探測車的細節能，製造氧氣，維持登陸火星人類的生命。NASA人員表示2020年的火星車將幫助解決以下問題，航太員將能適應火星環境，以及在登陸火星、在火星上進行勘測和從火星返回前的技術測試問題。

新一代火星車的研發包括把火星大氣中的二氧化碳轉化成氧氣的實驗，這樣一來，登陸火星的人類就可以呼吸。氧氣在火星上也可以用於製造火箭燃料，可讓航太員補足燃料。2020年的火星車和2011年發射升空的好奇號不同在於，2020年的火星車載有超級相機，可以發回3D全景圖，火星車上的光譜分析儀將能分析礦物的化學組成。 　　

NASA先前送過三輛探測車上火星，分別是勇氣號、機遇號以及好奇號，這三輛探測車的任務是勘察火星上是否存在支持生命體存活的條件，以及尋找過去的生命跡象。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
