台灣人提告美能源商 美不受理

彭博報導，針對台灣公民提告，欲阻擾哈福斯特自然資源公司在南海爭議海域啟動鑽探作業一案，哈福斯自然資源將不會面臨開庭審理。

美國聯邦法官表示，他不會裁定何人擁有這片海域。台灣與中國大陸雙雙宣稱擁有這片海域的主權。

法官指出，台灣公民個人沒有權利提告哈福斯特自然資源公司（Harvest Natural Resources ）。

法官認為，台灣政府應轉而向大陸提告。

哈福斯自然資源公司已將鑽探作業包給不知名的第三方。
