如何把小確幸極大化？　擁有年薪225萬

美國紐約州立大學的馬茲爾(Miriam Tatzel)近日進行一份調查發現，錢賺得越多，幸福感就會越大，而年薪75000美元(約新台幣225萬元)是小確幸的極大值，賺過多或過少都會讓人感到不快樂。

據英國《每日電訊報》報導，馬茲爾研究發現，在人們的年薪到達75000美元以前，發現如果人們賺得越多，幸福感也會越多。但馬茲爾指出，超過75000美元這個數字之後，薪水和幸福感就不再呈現正相關。馬茲爾說，一般社會給的概念，是「努力工作，能夠賺得多；賺得越多，就能買到自己想要的物品」。但馬茲爾發現，薪水「太多」的人，會太注重物質生活，買了很多東西，卻忽略對人際關係的經營和豐富心靈，導致空虛感產生。

馬茲爾表示，年薪75000美元以下者會有小確幸的原因，在於他們懂得賺錢，也懂得節約用錢，例如知道過度揮霍會引起負債，進而破壞小確幸。而他們也願意花較多時間，追尋心靈享受和人際關係。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
