退休高官無縫轉公股　 天然氣、金融肥貓多

立法院預算中心揪肥貓，政府退休高官轉任公股事業，領高薪、甚至雙薪情況仍嚴重，查出公股天然氣、金融機構是肥貓大本營。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，立法院預算中心最新報告指出，退休高官轉任原機關投資事業情況嚴重，近7成是退休、轉任同一日的「無縫接軌」；連涉案遭檢方起訴，還能出任官股董事代表等。

退輔會旗下天然氣事業包括欣林、欣嘉、欣桃、欣屏等13位董事長，均是國防部退將擔任，預算中心痛批其「並非憑藉自身專業能力以獲取職務及高額報酬」。再者，台灣中小企銀、欣嘉、欣泰等公司，公股高官退休轉任也浮濫，坐領高額獎金、但績效差，需要檢討。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
