想帶小女友私奔　臉書訊息穿幫挨告

新北市趙姓男子認識13歲的小女友後，不僅和小女友嘿咻，還想帶小女友私奔。不過2人在臉書訊息上討論的私奔計畫，被小女友的家人發現，氣得報警提告，新北地檢署今依對未滿14歲人性交、準略誘未遂罪嫌起訴趙男。
 
起訴指出，20多歲趙姓男子去年8月間，透過朋友介紹認識年僅13歲的少女，2人進一步交往。趙男除將小女友帶到家裡或賓館嘿咻3次外，還在去年10月底，提議要帶小女友私奔，要小女友提早一堂課離開學校和他會合，而且為了不被追蹤，還禁止小女友帶手機出門。

不過兩人這些私奔計畫，都因為用臉書訊息討論，留下紀錄，被小女友的家人看光光，小女友家長憤而提告。（游仁汶／新北報導）
