之前趁屈臣氏出清一次買了很多不然一罐價7-80元的實在很難下手一口氣買了48罐回來喝目前已經喝一個多月快喝完了來分享一下心得好了我是每天早上起床空腹喝一瓶看含量只有3000mg?的膠原蛋白我還有搭配Puritan 的膠原蛋白錠*1 維他命c*1吃一週過去其實沒啥感覺照樣脫妝照樣有粉刺= = 臉還是很乾居然還長痘痘那種白頭痘痘想說會不會是太滋潤了@@ 第二週過去變的比較沒脫妝臉不脫皮粉刺有減少但是還是存在原本長的痘痘也都消失臉上的痘疤不見了全身的皮膚真的有比較滑嫩有比較白臉上右臉因為以前受傷一直存在的法令文居然變淺了臉也整個澎起來變得很有彈性臉上本來有個受傷的小凹洞居然平了...變得很不明顯個人覺得這款真的有效但是得天天喝快喝完了不知道停喝了會不會打回原狀orz -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 59.127.35.150 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/BeautySalon/M.1409108629.A.9F4.html
