彭博報導，臉書公司、電子海灣公司和蘋果公司過去兩天遇到使用者無法進入部分網站或整個網站的問題。

臉書（Facebook Inc.）昨天在聲明中表示，「我們修改網站基礎架構時發生錯誤」，造成網站會員一度有進入社群網站服務的困難。臉書表示，發現問題後已快速修復。

電子海灣（eBay Inc.）昨天也表示，部分使用者有登入網站的問題。eBay在網站上表示：「這似乎是伺服器定期維修時會發生的技術性問題。」eBay又表示，多數使用者沒有受到影響。

臉書和eBay發生問題之前，蘋果（Apple Inc.）2日也在網站上表示，部分iTunes Store使用者「可能無法進入多種商店或購買」。

eBay發言人摩爾（Ryan Moore）再度提起公司張貼在網站上的聲明。蘋果發言人紐麥爾（Tom Neumayr）並未立即回覆要求置評的電話。

臉書發言人在電郵中表示：「對此不方便，我們致上歉意。我們將全面調查這個問題，並從中記取教訓，確保民眾需要臉書時，臉書就在他們身旁。」（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）1030904
