MAC 上最佳化記憶體的工具有很多，最近又看到一套新的釋放記憶體工具，Auto Memory Cleaner，這個工具跟其它釋放記憶體工具一樣，可以將因為程式而暫用的記憶體強制釋放，進而增加效能，如果你有這方面的困擾，可以試試這一套記憶體釋放程式。

Step 1.
從「MAC APP Store」下載並安裝程式後，按下這程式的圖示，然後選擇【Memory Usage Details】就可以看到很漂亮的圖示囉！

Step 2.
按下【Statics】則是統計目前記憶體使用情況。

Step 3.
此軟體在設定 (Preferences) 中有三種釋放記憶體模式可以選擇，選擇「Autopilot Mode」就可以了，也建議勾選「Luach App at Login」。

Step 4.
如果要清理記憶體，只要按下【Clean Memory】就可以囉！

Step 5.
在【Statics】有統計最近釋放記憶體的時間、還有前後變化，最多會儲10筆資料。
