菜鳥車手捲款逃　中國詐騙集團首腦隔海下通緝令

【張芳榮／台北報導】1名車手，奉命扮假檢察官到基隆拿騙款140萬，竟當著監控他的大車頭面捲款逃。中國詐欺集團老大獲報震怒隔海下達通緝令。大車頭帶百名車手全台捉人，不過，他叛徒沒捉到，自己卻先一步被警方查獲。

警方指出，綽號「強哥」的楊姓大車頭（47歲）前天遭逮捕，警方偵訊時獲知，楊嫌上個月帶著1名車手到基隆詐騙得手140萬元，不料，車手拿到錢後竟捲款逃走。楊嫌駕車追趕但仍被車手逃走。回報對岸老大，為避免其他車手仿效，老大下達通緝令。楊嫌負責逮叛徒，卻被警方人員先查獲，警方今天依詐欺罪將楊嫌移送法辦，並擴大偵辦全案。
