颱風天要員工外送　受傷重罰雇主

【蔡亞樺／台北報導】蘇力颱風逐漸逼近台灣，台北市勞動局呼籲，雇主應注意餐飲外送人員的安全，特別是強風豪雨時如執行外送勤務，發生交通事故機率大增，副局長張基煜說，颱風天連大眾交通工具都會停駛，餐飲外送員多以機車送貨，實在太危險，若雇主在強風豪雨中仍讓勞工冒險外出工作致發生重大災害，將依法追究雇主責任，依勞工安全衛生法可開罰3萬至15萬元。  

勞動局說，事業單位須重視及加強外送人員的安全防護事項，當政府單位宣布停止上班，應避免讓外送人員執行外送勤務，如有必要出勤，也應提供更安全的交通工具，避免以機車作為外送勤務的交通工具。
