因為昨天是老四川日 哈 所以今天瘋狂攝取蔬菜

(營養師~~~我很乖吧!!!!!!哈哈哈)

因為蔬菜可以幫助黃金先生的報到 也可以幫助排出昨天攝取太多的油份糖分

所以電視都會一直說每天要多甲菜才會健康無負擔 就是這個原因喔
