清涼星冰樂　高糖高熱量

【綜合報導】炎炎夏天，來杯星巴克的星冰樂消暑正清爽，不過消暑的同時，你知道你喝進多少糖分嗎?
 
根據英國「周日鏡報」(The Sunday Mirror)調查發現，星巴克販售的草莓星冰樂含有76.2公克的糖，相當於18茶匙的量，而且別看是水果就輕忽它的熱量，加上鮮奶油和全脂牛奶，一杯大杯草莓星冰樂約459大卡，相當於一個麥當勞的雙層牛肉堡，特大杯薄荷摩卡星冰樂，一杯則有540大卡。
