國防部今（29）日表示，陸軍第六軍團542旅政戰主任戴家有上校，調任陸軍第十軍團組長。
陸軍司令部17日證實，542旅下士洪仲丘曾向旅長沈威志傳送求救簡訊，事後，沈威志派遣政戰主任戴家有前往了解狀況，但是洪仲丘表示能撐下去，因而發生憾事，導致洪仲丘疑似爆虐致死。
國防部認為戴家有處理洪仲丘求救過程有疏失，因此將戴家有降調任陸軍第十軍團組長。
