【短片】史上首例　機車騎士彈飛撞死行人

【劉志原╱台北報導】張姓男大生今年4月間騎車行經台北市民權東路時，時速達70公里，驚見一名林姓男子穿越馬路，緊急煞車，車雖停住，但張男因煞車衝力飛出去把林男撞死，因張男已與死者家屬和解，台北地院依過失致死罪判刑6月，緩刑3年；可上訴。

判決指出，林男被撞倒，因頭部受重創致顱內出血及多處擦傷，送醫後，隔天仍傷重不治，後來雙方和解，法官考量張男是大學生，沒前科，又為中低收入戶，給予緩刑3年。
