「2013台北大稻埕音樂煙火節」8月10日下午4時30分起，在延平河濱公園及大稻埕碼頭周邊舉行，台北市政府警察局將於會場周邊道路實施交通管制措施，呼籲參觀民眾搭乘大眾交通工具前往。
活動當天提供2線接駁公車，「135路」從台北車站東三門行駛至中興醫院，「136路」從捷運雙連站往大稻埕碼頭站；採1段票收費，4至6分鐘1班，發車時間從下午5時到晚間11時。
管制期間建議新北市與台北市聯外橋樑改道華江橋、中興橋或台北橋行駛、士林北投區來往市區請改道重慶南(北)路、中山南(北)路或新生高架道路行駛，並遵守各路口執勤員警指揮減速慢行或提早改道，以確保行車安全與順暢。

交通管制時間、區域及內容等如下：
一、第1階段：
(一)管制時間：8月10日18時30分至23時（視狀況提前或延後）。
(二)管制區域：
1、平面道路：涼州街(不含)以南、延平北路(不含)《涼州街口至長安西路口》、塔城街（不含）《長安西路口至忠孝西路口》、西寧南路(不含)《忠孝西路口至開封街口》以西，開封街(不含)以北，環河南、北路以東區域，管制車輛進入(當地居民除外)。
2、環河快速（高架）道路：北自民族西路口、南至西園路口(光復橋下)，雙向車道管制通行。和平西路（華江橋下）、華江橋往北進入環河高架道路、忠孝橋往北進入環河快速（高架）道路及洛陽停車場匯入環河快速（高架）道路等匝道同時配合管制進入。
3、市民高架道路：東往西進入市民高架之4處匝道(東寧、永吉、光復及金山等)管制車輛進入市民高架；東往西下環河北路匝道口封閉，西行車輛於18時30分至20時期間，往新北市三重區續行。
4、民生西路與重慶北路口、南京西路與重慶北路口及市民大道與延平北路口等路口設置管制點，禁止車輛往西行駛；延平北路與民權西路口設置彈性管制點，視狀況管制車輛往南行駛。 (接下一頁)
