太子擬辦現增　上限5億股

【劉曉霞／台北報導】太子建設(2511)董事會今天上午通過，擬辦理現增上限5億股，每股面額10元，提撥10%對外公開承銷，並保留發行股數10%，由員工認購，80%由原股東依持有股份比例認購，健全財務體質、償還銀行借款以降低對銀行借款依存度。

太子今年改朝換代後，統一重返太子，統一總經理羅智先順利當選太子副董事長，南紡鄭高輝在今年股東會時就對媒體說，接掌太子後，第一步即是要辦現金增資，讓太子建設改善財務結構，才能有更大的發展空間。

太子今天開高走高，早盤一度來到20.6元，盤中在20.55元附近整理。
