我的手機galaxy premier 的cpu怪怪...

我拿的是samsung galaxy premier，
是雙核心1GB RAM
可是不知道為什麼
我用「cpu z」這個程式看一下cpu狀態時
常常cpu使用量是在50%以上，且常常會跑到100%
（我後台沒有程式的情況下）

還有我的時脈最高能到1.5GHz
可是我看cpu z 時大部分的時間只跑到800MHz或1100MHz
很少會到1.5G的

還有之前一次，去看了一下cpu z結果只剩一個核心在運作另一個寫「stop」
我還以為它偵測錯，開遊戲起來玩看看
結果整個流暢度和loading的時間頓掉很多，重開機後另一個核心才恢復運行

我的手機cpu是不是有啥問題還是有東西在吃資源
因為我同學的s2是1.2G雙核，應該要比我的還慢
可是他的整個超順正常操作下完全沒頓過之前看過他的cpu使用量也都在50%下
他的系統是android 4.0更新後沒恢復原廠，程式灌比我還多

順帶給cpu規格：
TI OMAP 4470 德州儀器的
Cortex A9 架構
45奈米製程

還有那個cpu z 的程式除了把我的TI OMAP 4470辨識成舊版4430之外
其他都很準
