請問智慧型手機中毒 電話費 暴增事件處理方法

時有所聞 想事先知道怎麼防範 假設智慧型手機不小心 中毒電話費 暴增 

請問這電話費 可以不用繳嗎? 因為不是本人打的 要怎麼 證明? 責任歸咎要怎麼清楚?

如果電信公司 硬要你自己負責 該要怎麼處理??

中毒者 也是在不知情的情況下吧 一些長輩們 根本也沒有什麼資訊安全意識或重灌手機的知識 

或者他們只是為了看影片或圖片 這樣對消費者也不算公平吧 

而且駭客 不都會將病毒做成免殺狀態 有防毒也不一定有效 

而且通常手機中毒 消費者怎會知道 都嘛是收到電話費才察覺有異

請站在比較公正客觀的立場講
