小米董事長兼CEO雷軍透過微博證實，小米已經完成新一輪融資，整體估值達100億美元。
根據光明網報導，22日21:47分，YY公司CEO李學凌發微博稱『據說小米100億美元搞定』，並配以李學凌、金山CEO張宏江、小米兩位副總裁和雷軍的合影照片。隨後雷軍在23:15分轉發這條微博並表示『的確搞定了，謝謝大家』。
據了解，今(2013)年七月初雷軍和小米總裁林斌曾在美國出差，相繼拜訪高通、谷歌(微博)等企業，目的之一就是為了啟動融資。另有投行人士消息稱，小米新一輪融資的投資方是俄羅斯風投機構DST，而實際幕後投資方則為騰訊公司，最新一輪融資總金額超20億美元，小米整體估值將達百億美元。
這意味著小米已成為僅次於阿里集團、騰訊、百度的大陸第四大互聯網公司，在大陸硬體公司中僅次於聯想集團，而且小米這一市值也已超過黑莓的75億美元。
據資料顯示，小米此前已經完成四輪融資：2010年底，小米完成A輪融資4100萬美元，估值2.5億美元，投資方為Morningside、啟明和IDG；2011年12月，小米完成9000萬美元融資，估值10億美元，投資方包括啟明、IDG、順為基金、淡馬錫、高通、Morningside；2012年6月底，小米再次融資2.16億美元，估值達40億美元。
按照此前雷軍披露的資料，小米2013年上半年共售出703萬台手機，上半年營收已經超過去年全年達到132.7億，同比增長140%。而在不久前的互聯網大會上，雷軍預計小米今年營收將達280億元，最快2015年這一數字達到1000億元。
對此，小米聯合創始人黎萬強昨日在微博中表示，『更多細節歡迎參加9月5日小米2013年度發布會』。
