儲熱式電熱水器使用線徑問題

小弟新買一台數位儲熱式電熱水器，單相220V，加熱時18安培4KW，每次加熱時間大約20~30分鐘，電纜大約要拉15米遠，沒走管線架空在輕鋼架上。

現在問題是

一個師傅說架空散熱比較好所以裝20A無熔絲開關+3.5MM就可以了，

另一個說要30A無熔絲開關+5.5MM才可以.....

請問一下哪個才是比較正確的接法呢~!?
