為抑制炒房，財政部加強查緝預售屋買賣，並傳鎖定開價3000萬元以上豪宅，也引發立委關切，不過，財政部長張盛和28日在立法院財委會表示，不設定金額，會以轉手次數為母體來查，只要是預售屋買賣，而且轉手頻繁的案件，國稅局就會查稅。
國民黨立委費鴻泰28日在立法院財委會質詢時指出，上周財政部釋出要對3000萬元以上的預售屋買賣查稅，但年輕人只買得起2000萬元以下的房子，財政部對3000萬元以上的豪宅查稅，預售屋市場還是一樣會有炒作情形，對首購族及中產階級想買房的人並沒有幫助，他也接到很多反應電話，他自己也答不出來。
對此，張盛和指出，選案查核指標，金額只是一種指標，應該不要設定金額，用轉手的次數比較好。費鴻泰則要求財政部針對3000萬以下按一定比例去查，3000萬元以上或一直轉手的每一戶都要去查。
張盛和最後也表示，不設定金額，會以轉手次數為母體來查，只要是預售屋買賣，且轉手頻繁的案件，國稅局就會查稅。至於財政部能否拿得到預售屋轉手資料，張盛和表示，根據稅捐稽徵法，可要求房仲業者提供，內政部也會配合提供資料。
