律師驚爆：伯母患胃癌 疑似頂罪？

檢警偵辦女嬰緗緗喝高鈉奶粉死亡案，昨晚依殺人重罪聲押女嬰大伯母鄒雅婷，鄒雅婷委任律師今天驚爆鄒疑似罹患胃癌，懷疑她是為了頂罪才認罪。

大伯母鄒雅婷雖然已經認罪，但案件疑點重重，鄒雅婷坦承自己加了兩種鹽到奶粉中，但奶粉檢驗發現內含有三種以上的鹽成分，懷疑家屬早就知情是伯母下的鹽。

委任律師今天還驚爆，鄒雅婷今年體重驟降10公斤，加上家人有胃癌病史，懷疑自己也罹患了胃癌，這個月23日到醫院進行胃切片檢查，雖然還沒有看到檢驗報告，但深信自己已患癌，律師懷疑鄒雅婷是為了誰出面頂罪。
