美法官駁回蘋果App挾優勢超收費用指控

美國法官認定，蘋果只是把iPhone應用程式（App）開發商的收費轉嫁給消費者，駁回蘋果藉App獨占優勢超收消費者數億美元的指控。

彭博資訊報導，消費者指控，蘋果對消費者付費下載獨立開發商的App，保留三成費用。消費者認為，若沒有這個固定費率的收費，買家可以少付一點。

美國加州地方法院法官羅傑斯（Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers）認為，這個成本由開發商轉至消費者身上，而非蘋果直接向買方收取。她裁定，消費者無權就這樣的轉嫁費用，提出違反反托辣斯法告訴。

羅傑斯指出，「造成原告任何傷害是歸因於軟體開發商間接的影響。」

代表App買方律師施密特（Alexander Schmidt）表示，擬提出上訴。
