劫殺女師搶到1800元　男判無期定讞

【丁牧群／台北報導】桃園男子黃建憲去年因欠房租缺錢，劫殺育達高中老師林伊葭（葭音同家），一審法官認定黃手段兇殘，依強盜殺人罪判他死刑，但高院認為黃男當庭落淚向林父道歉，林父也表明不堅持判黃男死刑，上月改判黃男無期徒刑，褫奪公權終身。檢方上訴後，今遭最高法院駁回，全案定讞。
 
22歲的黃建憲去年5月因積欠房租和生活費，躲在社區地下室停車場伺機搶錢，剛好育達高中餐飲科老師林伊葭開車回家，黃男趁機勒昏林女搶錢，再將林女丟到消防池，害她被淹死。黃男事後若無其事把搶來的1800元，給女友燙髮、買食物。
