ELVA掏心祝壽楊謹華　撞臉雙胞胎

【黃于珊／綜合報導】楊謹華昨36歲生日，凌晨她在微博感性地表示：「再過幾分鐘生日就要過去，今天一定要特別的感謝媽媽，也要特別特別感謝今年所遇到的一切，不管是好的還是壞的，對我來說是充滿感謝。」蕭亞軒（ELVA）也趕在最後一刻在微博祝壽：「一輩子的姐妹不用再多說了，就是幸福一輩子，而做一輩子的姐妹都不夠，生日快樂我的愛，最後1秒的節奏厲害吧！」
 
ELVA發現2人心有靈犀都玩最後1秒，驚喜地對楊謹華說：「天啊！我們真的是命中注定的，如果我們的友情是場賭注，那我願意『梭哈』，像賭聖般的帥氣呀。」楊謹華嘴甜回應：「真心希望下輩子是由我來照顧妳，好嗎？我的最愛蕭亞軒。」姐妹情深感動不少粉絲，不過有網友發現2人的合照好像雙胞胎，打趣地問：「長相需要越來越一樣嗎？」
