逃死刑 雨衣大盜 無期定讞

〔自由時報記者項程鎮／台北報導〕雨衣大盜王淵犯下3件運鈔車搶案，還槍殺合作金庫保全員周國隆，最高法院昨天審結，認為王非故意殺人，依強盜殺人等罪判王無期徒刑、併科罰金110萬元定讞。

一審判決當天，周母周吳來有痛罵：「我要他一命抵一命，他要被判死刑，我才會歡喜啦」；最後王淵仍逃過死劫。

判決指出，目前在押的王犯下3案，分別為94年12月8日台企銀南京東路分行、96年4月20日合庫中山北路分行，及去年3月26日台企銀南京東路分行搶案，共得手4086萬元，檢方認定他擊斃周國隆，並把贓款交給林香蘭，惡性重大，建議判死，但歷審皆判王無期徒刑。

王淵女友林香蘭涉2件收受贓物罪，台北地院判林8月徒刑，可易科罰金24萬元，林女上訴高等法院後，已撤回確定。
