台灣司法史上首度對同一案件一連召開四次羈押庭，駕駛砂石車衝撞總統府的司機張德正在1日又獲法官裁定交保，但交保金額提高到30萬；對於一連四度被檢方聲請羈押，張德正的姊姊無奈表示，「我們小老百姓除了尊重，還能說甚麼？」

不過由於張德正目前因骨折行動不便，出入都需家人以輪椅幫忙推送，因此張德正的姊姊也透露，張德正曾感傷的對家人流淚表示，「看著你們陪我跑來跑去那麼辛苦，如果羈押我也無所謂了！」對於檢方苦苦相逼相當無奈！
